Policy Overview & Scope
By accessing matespub.com or reserving tables, gaming seats, or masterclasses at MatesPub, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Venue Entry & Dress Code
MatesPub maintains a smart casual dress standard. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any patron failing to meet dress standards, exhibiting signs of intoxication, or lacking valid 18+ photo ID.
2. Table Reservations & Minimum Spends
Table reservations are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled booking time before being released. Certain VIP lounges and private poker rooms carry agreed minimum spend commitments outlined during booking confirmation.
3. Tournament Rules & Conduct
All Texas Hold'em and gaming events follow official tournament guidelines. Collusion, chip dumping, or disruptive behavior results in immediate disqualification and removal without refund.
4. Liability Limitation
MatesPub is not liable for personal belongings left unattended on premises. Patrons engage in social gaming experiences voluntarily in accordance with state entertainment guidelines.
5. Modifications of Terms
Management reserves the right to alter house rules, tournament schedules, and pricing structures with appropriate notice posted at our venue and website.
