Policy Overview & Scope
We understand that personal schedules and event plans may change. Our refund and cancellation policy provides equitable clarity for all bookings.
1. Standard Table Reservations
Individual dining and bar reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled seating time.
2. Tournament Seats & Masterclass Bookings
Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the event start receive a 100% refund or transferable credit. Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for credit rescheduling upon manager approval.
3. Private Venue & Mezzanine Hire
Full-venue buyouts and private hire agreements are subject to contractual terms: cancellations 14+ days prior receive full deposit return minus administrative fees.
4. Force Majeure & Venue Rescheduling
In the rare event that MatesPub must cancel an evening due to unforeseen statutory or maintenance circumstances, patrons will receive an immediate full refund.
5. Refund Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
